If you are struggling to find that happy joyous and free place in your sobriety, whether you have 1 day or 35 years this could be a life-changing event. Join us for a transformative weekend of guided meditations, journaling, and practicing spiritual principles, centered around the 12 Steps. This is not just another talk about the steps, this is a hands-on weekend of applying principles and living the steps. This retreat is open to anyone practicing a 12-Step Recovery program and takes place in a safe environment where you can go deeper into your relationship with your Higher Power and living by spiritual principles. We will actually be practicing and applying and coming to believe either that this way of life works or it doesn’t. We will look at our deep-seated resentments and fears, explore our delusions and see the truth behind them, fellowship with like-minded people, and indulge in a weekend of serenity and peace from your self-talking mind.

• The cost for the weekend is £40 for the three-day retreat.

• Scholarships are available for the weekend if you would like to attend but can’t afford it. We would like everyone that would like to attend to be able to attend.

• Tea, biscuits, and snacks will be included.

We recommend attendance for the entire retreat as each session builds on the session before and attendance is limited to 50 participants. Please let us know in the comments section if you have a conflict with attending the entire weekend.
