Mindfulness, Meditation and Prayer Retreat

Join us for a quiet weekend of guided meditations, journaling, and practicing spiritual principles, centered around the 12 Steps. The retreat is open to anyone practicing a 12-Step Recovery program and takes place in a safe environment where you can go deeper into your relationship with your higher power. Look at your deep-seated resentments and fears, explore your delusions and see the truth behind them, Fellowship with likeminded people, and indulge in a weekend of serenity and peace from your self talking mind.

Meals will be provided Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday Breakfast.
Sewanee
Sewanee is 1 hour and 45 minutes outside of Nashville. You are responsible for your own transportation. Transportation from Nashville to the retreat is available at approximately $100 round trip.

Remember to include your email address with your payment so we can credit your payment, and email principlesinapplication@outlook.com letting us know you paid.
Deposit - International
For non-US participants, you can also pay via PayPal but this will incur an additional foreign exchange charge. Before you decide to do this, please contact Annie on 07971285106 or principlesinapplication@outlook.com to discuss further as the charge could be substantial. Annie will endeavor to work out a way for you to reduce this as much as possible.
Dates + Terms
Full payment by all participants must be by 1 February 2022. Full refund will be given for any cancellation before March 8 less $100 administration fee. A full refund will be given if it is a Covid-related shutdown.
There are 40 places in total and a waiting list will be started if we are over-subscribed.
This retreat is an opportunity to get off the grid - cell phones, tablets and laptops need to be left in the room. We will provide an emergency number for loved ones to use if they need to reach you immediately. We are asking that all rooms are either all male or all female if sharing a room.
